Strength and Conditioning Programs

Mission Statement of the Strength and Conditioning Department:

To safely, effectively, and efficiently improve the athletic capabilities of all athletes and, in turn, encourage injury prevention and raise their overall health.  We treat all athletes like we would like to be treated ourselves, with care, guidance, understanding, and motivation.

  • We train ALL athletes, no matter the sport, the season, or their fitness level
  • Individual and team programs written based off assessments and testing methods
  • We expose weaknesses and imbalances through our testing and evaluation methods and strive to strengthen them
  • All programs are written according to the current season the athlete is in
  • We work with the injured athlete to keep them motivated and maintain their conditioning throughout their healing time
  • Our training methods have proven success and safety
  • We specialize in linear and lateral speed, reactive abilities, agility, strength and power development
  • Nutrition guidelines available to maximize recovery and enhance gains
  • We also offer individual and group training for the general public for all ages. Keeping our adult population healthy and living functional lives is something very important to us. We all want our family and friends to live healthy lifestyles, be mobile, and reduce their risk of injury.
